unauthorized debit order

<p>I'm a loyal cell c customer who has been with the business for 6 years. Today I am so ANGRY AS I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH YOUR COMPANY. I received a call from one of your agents offering me two data sim cards, I asked the agent 5 times about sim and connection fees and he informed me that no fees will be charged and I can cancel the contract whenever I feel I want to, he informed me that I will only pay end of June with my other contracts. (39.90)</p> <p>My instalment for the month of May was debited on the 26th of which has never been our agreement- I called the contact Centre on the same day spoke to a lady, who informed me that I can ignore the sms as my debit date is for the 31st</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly return the admin fees as absa is asking me 300.00 for 10.06 x 2 that wasn’t available in my account…………………..!</p>
