Unauthorized debit order!

After calling the call entre numerous times, with no answer- Cell C added an authorized debit order on my account, this is the 2nd time- if an account is outstanding an email/ SMS should be sent to the user, not incorrectly debit them no absolutely no explanation??????

This is terrible! and needs to be rectified!

30 days arrears but 1077 has been taken out of my account, when my contract is R350?

i am not understanding and your responses are vague and its not assisting me in any way, yes the account was in a 30 day arrear which means (R350 *2= 750)- This includes the month of JULY &Aug payment (R700) but i am telling you R1077 was taken out of my account, and it doesnt add up? how is 700 = 1077? there is a difference.

good day

Please note i have not received a call from Cell C dept regarding my refund and as to why i was debited 3* my installment amount? the last person i spoke to she advised that, i will receive a call about my refund and my account, however till date i have received nothing-
