Unauthorized debit
It is wrong for the provider to automatically charge for a contract that has elapsed, especially if you did not send me a notification to inform me that the contract is to come to an end. How many people pay for such? How much money do these service providers make from such dubious practices. Please refund my money. Yes its only R215, but its my R215. Please.
