Unauthorized debit

Hi went instore to upgrade my contract a month before it was going to end to a new phone just to my surprise that I was debited almost double the amount this month and guaranteed that the contract will just lapse over to the new one. I want my money back this is clearly not the first time this is happening and only supposed to be an upgrade not a new contract!!!!
