UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT
I took a contract with cell c, in April which was like my 5th contract. due to poor service i settled my contract before the 1st debit order went off i went to cell c store in protea glen mall where i was given the settlement amount which i paid in full. on the 25th of June 594 was taken from my account i called to query this i was advised that they will investigate and someone will get back to me. this morning 500 was taken from my account, with all my contracts the debit order date has always been the 25th now my number is prepaid they have no authority to debit my account then they decide to take money during the month i cant always go to the bank and dispute the transaction its reflecting badly on my credit profile and i have to pay a dispute fee which is 40.
