Unauthorized debit
Good day
I used to have an contract with Cell C and I stopped the contract in February but to my surprise they're still debit my account even now. I went to their store they told it was stopped but I must call them their call center is disaster and now it gives me a bad credit because now I'm able to reverse the money that they deducting. Could you please help me with this matter.

When did you request cancellation?
The contract for the number *** was cancelled on 31/03/2019.
An amount of R 828.35 was due on the March invoice of which a payment of only R 800 was made. The remainder of R 228.35 was still due. We attempted to debit this amount at the end of March, of which you reversed.
The account is now up to date as the outstanding amount was debited on 26/06/2019.
