Unauthorized debit
I went through my bank statement this morning and saw that, aside from the normal monthly debit, there is suddenly an addition amount of R 1028 that went off on the 8th of January. I have no idea what this is, and I did not approve it. I need help with this ASAP

I sincerely apologize. I was seriously confused. It didn't show as a debit. It shows something about a mandate in my for the 8th of January. I have no idea what that meant, but no money was deducted. Once again, I apologize.
