Unauthorized daily deductions

Since the Renewal of my contract with Cell C there's been daily deductions of about R5-R4,35c per that have been deducted from my account. I asked them who subscribed to the service and when was it they failed to give me answers. Since I requested a refund of all those funds from them on the 16/07/2021 and to date I still haven't received any concrete feedback or progress made on my query. Call Reference Number: ***;
