Unauthorized Credit Inquiry

I am deeply disappointed by the agent at the Glen Mall Cell C store, an Unauthorized Credit inquiry was done in my name all in the name of checking when my contract expire. I did not ask for any product, all i asked was when my contract would expire, provided the cell phone number in question and asked when will i be due for an upgrade, im shocked to find out that there was an inquiry done in my name without consent which i would like it removed ASAP.

Good day, After Speaking to Jonny who promised to resolve and remove my credit inquiry within 48 hours, I was contacted by someone from Cell The Glen who confirmed that i should have signed the form prior to checking when my contract expire and any upgrade etc. Mfundo from The Glen C sent an upgrade application form that he want me to sign and attach ID copy! why do i need to do this when i didnt give consent for Cell C to do an Inquiry in my name. I want the Inquiry done removed as i did not give consent, If this is not done within 24 hours, i will open a case as this is *****ulently and someone might have received a phone in my name.
