Unauthorized contract

I have a contract with Cell C for a number of years now. and last year (2014) in September a lady called me confirming my contact details and indicated that Cell C is offering me a new phone. I did not accept the phone and the lady continued and confirmed my account number and said i need to have funds in the account. furthermore i called the Cell C call center and did not obtain any help regarding the new contract i had been given without my consent. <br> <br> I was finally put through to the retention department when i called again in February. The new phone has not been used at all and every month i am being billed for it. even when the Cell C guys have taken the phone back. i have been calling for the past two weeks now to obtain an update regarding the phone and all i have been told is they are still waiting for the Rim number and my money is being deducted. <br> <br> this is unacceptable as i did not request the contract and i was provided the contract without my consent.
