Unauthorized changing of Contracts

<p>on the 02.02.2017 i received an sms informing me that i had run out of DATA. upon calling Cell C, i was informed that my contract was migrated to a Pinical contract which i had not authorized. i Logged a complaint, stating that i want my contract moved back to the contract i had previously,I was informed that my quiry will be attended to within 48hrs. till today, no one at CellC has taken the time to call me back and inform me of whats going on. i have been calling Cell C with no result or resolution since 06.02.2017. for the last two days i requested to speak with a supeviors or manager, and every time i requested them i was informed that they are on a meeting. left 3 messages for them to call me back, still no one communicated back with me. please assist</p>
