Unauthorized Billings Despite Policy Cancellation

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Hollard, WorldWide Advisory, and Cell C, concerning the device insurance policy I took under Cell C. Despite cancelling this policy five months ago, I have continued to be billed for it. This has happened repeatedly, with charges being debited from my account over the last few months.

Each time I’ve been billed, I’ve incurred additional bank fees, which have disrupted my finances and caused unnecessary frustration. I have contacted all relevant parties, including Hollard offices, customer care, and even Cell C headquarters, but the responses have been generic, unhelpful, and have failed to resolve the issue.

In my cancellation email, I clearly requested the following actions, which I reiterate:

Immediate cessation of all unauthorized billing. A full refund of the amounts wrongly debited, including the bank fees incurred due to these errors. Written confirmation that my policy has been fully terminated and there will be no further risk of accidental billing

However, to this day I am still being billed. I would note recommend their service at all.
