Unauthorized Billing

It is simply not an acceptable reply from Cell C to then have to keep on telling them to stop match me subscriptions that I never added in the first place at R 3 per day. They keep on doing this...few days later ..same story. I will report them to Icasa. My neighbour only had this problem once with Cell C, with me it's ongoing. Obviously Cell C doesn't need more clients and don't care how they treat their existing clients! STAY AWAY FROM CELL C...BAD NEWS.
