Unauthorised upgrade and *****

I was contacted in January 2015 by a cell c consultant asking if I want to upgrade my cell phone at the end of my contract and I specifically stated to him I am going to cancel my contract at the end of the term and he said ok just call a month before the end of the term of which I did call cell c of which they said there was a cell phone upgrade and was delivered.<br> 1) I did not authorize any upgrade as I already have a work business phone<br> 2) I did not receive any phone from cell c<br> 3) I was asked to send an affidavit along with a copy of my ID, of which I did on the 15 April 2015, and from the reference mail they said they will contact me in 24 hours.<br> It's been 4 months
