Unauthorised sales

a sales consultant from cell c called me about a week a ago to offer me a tablet telling me that he would like to give it to me i knew it was too good to be true then asked how much it would cost he told me the price and the modle i then respnded no im not intrested he then hang up the phone next thing you know im getting a call from someone at work to tell me that my delivery has arrived and i should bring my documents then i call the call center to find out as to why i first spoke to a lady by the name of Rendani who was friendly but kept me on hold most of the time then the same person nkosinathi called me back to say sorry it was a misake but i fail to understand how activating something on someones account can be a mistake cause yes i understand they using a system that gives warnings and messages before letting u activate anything i just recently joined cell c not more then 3 months ago but this is disapointing
