Unauthorised/explainable debit order note on account

I had a cellular and wifi internet data contracts with cellC, in December 2016 I stopped my cellphone contract but kept the internet data contract. Now for January and February 2017 they deducted an additio +-R160 from my account, where the internet data contract is only R199p/m. I phoned in on 1 March 2017, the lady who assisted me told me that there was a debit order note on my data contract with no apparent reason. I was told it will be escalated to higher management and told that I would receive a call from them within 2-3 working days. This is day 4 and I have not heard a word.

I someone from CellC is actually tring to assist customers and reads this, please contact me so we can sort out this mess that you guys made! I will respond on hellopeter with my contact nr.

Best regards,
Thank you she has yes, but as I told her, the final problem was that I was told that I would pay my settlement fee when I cancelled my cellphone contract in Decemeber 2016 and would then not be debited further for that contract, now as she explained I was debited for the ''supposed outstanding'' fees of the contract in Jan and Feb 2017.
So thanks but no thanks, you were still NO HELP!
