Unauthorised Enquiry Conducted

There was an unauthorised enquiry conducted on my credit report on my name on the 9th Oct 2023. I haven't app**** for a contract nor was I ever in contact with them previously. I have been calling them, and emailing them since then and absolutely NO RESPONSE. There is a chance that ***** was conducted in my name and Cell C could care less.

Your "customer care line" is a joke.
