unauthorised deductions on my bank account

Cell -c just extended a FNB contract without my approval or knowledge. I clearly told the sales person I did not want a cell c contract after my R20pm fnb special ended . now they just extended it and charging me hundreds of rands. I called 2 months ago to complain and requested the recording were I extended the contract . now again this month my bank was deducted without authorisation. when I followed up on the previous call i made to Cell - C there is NO record of it. I want that recording were I agreed to continue on a contract a \lie". and refunded from the contract end date till now. the new **** ref is *** .
