Unauthorised deduction from my account - Refund

On 26 April I paid all 3 accounts in full. FNB paid CellC on 28 April. On 30 April CellC withdrew money from my account.<br> <br> I have logged a request for a refund and still don't have a response. Kindly return the money withdrawn from my account immediately.<br> <br>
