Unauthorised debits

Change of banking details. They try to deduct from old account, rejected. Line suspended. I pay for current month and month ahead. They go and deduct an unauthorised amount, even though everything is up to date. Cannot access Customer Service line as I don't have a pin and it won't create one. Incredibly, incredibly frustrated.
