unauthorised debits

Good day. On 9/12/14 I was contacted to join cellc get more service. I joined but then realised they don't cover richards bay or empangeni so i cancelled. I was reapproached to join but explained the problem. However I noticed that I am still being charged for the get more service which I have never used. I require a refund of all the debits. Also my contract on the cell number in question *** has ended and I have cancelled my subscription but I still have another cellc contract *** so the money can be refunded to my existing cheque account.
