Unauthorised debits

On the 9th of January 2020, I agreed telephonically to the get more. However i tried to cancel this subscription from the end of January, February and March and my account is still being debited. This is *******. Everytime i call in to query I am told that i will get a call back and never do. I want a refund on all the ******* debits.
