Unauthorised Debits
My name is Matshidiso Mothibinyane and I have a complaint agains Cell C, I have no contract with the company whatsoever, however they have managed to debit my account three times already and I have to always reverse the money which affects my credit score.
Right now I’m trying to contact the head office to complaint ant get the matter resolved but no one seems to pick up the line, I am sick and tired that I have to go through all these every month with no avail of assistance.
