Unauthorised Debiting by Cell C / Getmore247
I complained to cellc / getmore247 that their consultant signed me up for getmore247 when i in fact refused their offer and asked them to verify or pull the recorded conversation i had with their consultant. Cellc / Getmore247 assured me that your account will not be debited of the R50 getmore247 amount. To my surprise they went ahead and debited my account without my consent. This is **************** , bullying and abusing of their customers by Cell C. If they do not refund me asap i am taking them to the ombudsman.
