Unauthorised debit when contract has been cancelled.

I had a contract with Cell C which I called last month and was told to give 30days notice which was due yesterday and I gave consent for last debit on the 20th of October,to my surprise I received statement for the upcoming bill for the month of November and when i query this i was told is for the benefits i received,i then asked them to take back whatever was loaded as this was not the agreement to have an ongoing benefits contract i even refused an upgrade and gave clear instructions that do not need anything will stick to prepaid because of their pathetic service.I expect the debit order to be cancelled if contract is terminated and under no circumstances client should be charged for something not informed of.My contract was for R349.00,I need an explanation regarding the R179.00 active debit on my account as I did not sign any document nor discussed anything,Cell C shouldnt take advantage of having access to client's account and that should not give any right to do as they please as this is a form of violating consumer right.I therefore request you cancell that active debit with immediate effect and reverse whatever benefits loaded without us reaching any agreement. Please take back the data and sms loaded I do not need it,for the 60 minutes used you can send a bill i will make an EFT or direct deposit.I refuse you fiddle with my account as this will have an impact to my credit score since I have already disclose my debts for my personal applications and Cell C was excluded for the month of November. Please treat this matter as urgent and I need a callback as soon as possible and the agent calling should have gathered sufficient information pertaining to the last call recording, nothing was mentioned that they will be further deductions.Lastly may I get a signed document or verbal agreement for this upcoming unauthorized debit. And until I get that document do not try to fiddle with my account.
