Unauthorised Debit Orders - I do not have a Cell C account!!!!!

Dear Cell C,

I have resorted to HelloPeter to report you! Next, I am opening up a case of theft against the company.

I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH CELL C - yet, each month, amounts ranging from R120 - R260 are deducted from my account... and not only once... but TWICE in a month. The total sum thus far amount to close on R3000 that Cell C have taken from my FNB Cheque account. Each time they call me, I explain that I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH CELL C, the agents put the phone down on me.

I have tried to block the account, I have disputed the account, but each month they use a difference reference number to take funds from my account.

How are we going to move forward guys??? I cannot keep funding your *******ion anymore.
