Unauthorised Debit Orders continue - Cell C not prepared to provide documents proving otherwise.

A few weeks ago I posted a review regarding Cell C's unauthorised debits on my FNB cheque account. They are still refusing to provide me with a copy of the debit order that they claim entitles them to access funds in my bank account. The onus is not on me to prove that I don't have a Cell C contract. The onus is on Cell C to prove that they have a legal debit order in place. Cell C was first advised of this ***** on 17 June 2016 and countless occassions since then yet they still put through a ********** debit order this week. Their allowing this ***** to continue left me with no alternative but to open a case of ***** against Cell C at the SAPS.

What a joke! I have had too many phone calls / e-mails with Cell C to list them here. Especially when you are allowing ********** deductions on my bank account? Why would I give you bank statements that have nothing to do with Cell C? I advised Cell C of the ***** during June 2016 and yet they persist in putting the debit orders through on my account. The latest was for over R2,000 this week. This put me into overdraft! On the verge of a nervous breakdown because of how this reflects on my character I went into a Customer Service branch of Cell C today. Had help from the only Cell C staff member that I have dealt with, on a weekly basis since June, who was interested in getting to the bottom of this! Within 1 minute he was able to confirm that ***** is being committed. One of their clients is using my cheque account to fund her contract! Back to the SAP to confirm that they are to proceed with the ***** case that I have opened!

Surprise, Surprise! No response from Cell C! Typical!
