Unauthorised Debit Orders!!!!!
I cancelled my contract with Cell C in July 2021. I received all confirmation communication in this regard on the 31st of July. I also called to confirm that all was in order about a week or 2 later. This past Saturday, 02 October 2021, I wake up to a debit order notification of about R30K from Cell C on my account, which was now in arrears!!! Nobody has been able to first explain why my account is apparently under exclusive contracts, and secondly why you are STILL debiting me and who is now liable for these additional bank charges!!!
This is unacceptable!!!

Then I called on Tuesday and got a reference number. No follow up from you guys.
Then I came here and you said your team would be in touch. No response again. Instead, I have now been sent a statement from Cell C via email. HOW??? How I am I still getting a statement for a cancelled contract?!!!!!!
