Unauthorised debit orders

A Cell C call centre agent misled me into signing up for a data deal that did not exist. This after I repeatedly asked him if he was sure that I would get 80 gigs anytime data for R499 and that it was not split into day and night time data. It turns out he was lying and it indeed was split into 40 gigs day and 40 gigs night data. I called in to complain and had multiple agents call me back and each time I had to explain the story all over again. Finally I was put in contact with a team leader who listened to the call and admitted that I was misled and that the agent gave me the wrong information. He offered me 10 gigs once off data which was a ridiculous offer and said that Cell C would not be able to honour the 80 gigs anytime data for R499 as this package did not exist. I was then offered the option of cancelling the deal, which I took and was called by another agent to confirm the collection of the router. This agent assured me that I would not be charged a cent. A few weeks later however the 1st debit of R439 went off my bank account. I called Cell C and they said they would look into it, but nobody called me back. I called my bank to reverse the debit and a day later another debit went off, this time for R500. I had it reversed as well. A couple of days went by and would you believe it the same 2 debit orders went off my bank account yet again. This has been an utter disaster of an experience and I will never provide Cell C with any business ever again.
