Unauthorised debit orders
<p>I had a contract with Cell C of which I settled in February, I was sent proof that it has been closed. Since then I have had money taken from my account every month, I have called them many times and they just tell me they can see my account is closed and they donot know why its still debiting my account, and that they are swamped so if i want my money I must reverse it at the bank, and I do that as soon as there is money they take it again. This is really unacceptable and since I am not getting any assistance to resolve this matter I am now going to escalate it. I even went to the Reeds mall branch they said they cant help me even though their system shows that i do not have a contract with them.</p>
