Unauthorised debit order
An amount of R913. 99 has been deducted from my account. I do not have any product with you. I don't even use your service nor have your number but somehow my account has been deducted

If the contract was taken at the branch, it should have my signature and if its telephonically there should be a voice recoding but your not investigating on your side. I work and don't have time to run around. I need this resolved pronto!!! Check the information you have on system
