Unauthorised Debit Order and No Feedback on Case - Ongoing 2 months

<p>I have 3 contracts with Cell C and have always been a faithful client. I upgraded my childrens phones last November. I asked them to keep my daughters contract as is, just a reoccuring 1Gig data per month additional - no open line allowed (I always phone Cell C to add data if required). Same for my sons contract, I took a 1 gig contract, also not an open line, just a top up if I phone. When Decembers invoice came, the account was over R6000. I immediately queried this and lodged a complaint. It took almost a month for someone to get back to me. They have admitted that they have found the recordings and that the fault was with them, that they never explained the contract to me and that it should not have been open line contracts. They also said that they would sort out the crazy invoice. On 01 February over R4000 was debited by Cell C after they had said that they would not debit the amount - only my normal monthly contract fees. I phone Cell C every single day and each time the Customer Services say that they have emailed the case manager to urgently contact me and I should expect a call within the next 2 to 4 hours. This is a daily headache as I am getting NO satisfaction from Cell C !!!!!!!! I need the contracts fixed and I need to be refunded URGENTLY as they have now taken my sons study fees by debiting the money................................................... I have always rated Cell C as top of the mobile networks, but am truly dissatisfied and unhappy ............................... COULD SOMEONE FROM CELL C PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AND SORT THIS OUT !!!</p>
