Unauthorised debit

So I wrote a review on Friday the 20 Jan 2023 about a debit order that has been going through on my account on dates that we have not agreed onto my account and living negative balance. Ofentse sent an email on Sat saying the can’t get hold of me, I must reply with an alternative no. I did but still today there has not been any communication. This morning again another unauthorised debit and unfortunately there was no money so another negative debit 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
