unauthorised Debit
I had a deduction of R185 end of October from Cell C. I immediatly reversed it as i do not have any contract or sim card with Cell C. I actually thought it was a mistake but I end of November They again deducted money from my account, I reversed it and then called them to ask what was going on. To my suprise I was told i have a contract with them and they had all my details.. now I have no idea how they got all this info as I have never used CellC. I was told they will do an investigation and i should have a answer within 48 hours its now been months.
