UNAUTHORISED DEBIT - 2 WEEKS STILL NO FEEDBACK

This is the only way I get any kind of feedback from Cell C, your useless media consultant has failed to contact me regarding the unauthorised debit order which I gave no permission for. NOW HE DOES NOT TAKE MY CALLS. In the mean time I have had to put my money into someone else's account as a naedo debit is running and keeps changing its reference to debit my account...how much pathetic can your service get.
