UNAUTHORISED CREDIT ENQUIRY

CELLC decided to do an enquiry on my credit profile without my authorisation.<br> <br> I called the Head Office *** number is not going through, I called the customer care they advise I contact legal department *** and the number is not going through again. then I called *** and asked to be transferred to legal department, I was holding on for more than 30 minutes and when finally you get someone they tell me they don't deal with that and I have to call another number.<br> I'm glad I didn't take a contract with them if getting hold of a department is such a hustle. I want to know who authorised that and they better get that enquiry off my name fast.<br> <br> <br>
