Unauthorised Credit Checks
I have picked up a hard enquiry by Cellc on the 26th of July from the credit bureau without consent or reason. Note, I did not apply for credit with Cell C.
I would like answers as to why this was done and a solution to have this ******* behaviour rectified.

18 Oct 2024, 15:27No resolution what so ever.(get told it is what it is) I requested a copy of the call your agent made. She can only send the recording to the nearest branch. And the recording cannot be played? So now you get me to drive around on a wild goose chase!!! What games are you guys playing at!
