Unauthorised contracts & debit orders

I have never had (nor will I now ever have) any contracts with Cell C...BUT I have debit orders suddenly being taken from my bank account.<br> After numerous phone calls (from SEPTEMBER! - ***) I keep being told the ***** department will contact me...this STILL has not happened. And even though the flaudulant cellphone numbers have been blocked (apparently), Cell C still keeps *****ing money out of my account! And the bank (Capitec) says they can't do anything about it, Cell C has to cancel the debit orders!!!<br> How can staff be so incompetant...or is it Cell C systems!?<br> <br> A Cell C employee has now phoned me...and still nothing has been done about the *****ulant contracts they made. Instead the employee rather implies that it is my problem, not theirs!<br> No wonder they are known as one of the worst service providers - I have now experienced the lack of interest they show towards service first hand!<br> And still they keep taking money from my bank account via debit order - without my consent!!!!!<br>
