Unauthorised contract upgrade
<p>On the 9th August 2015, I moved to Germany, but now when I enquired about my cellphone contract, I was told that someone renewed the contract and received an IPhone 6.</p> <p>I did not upgraded the contract nor authorised anyone to upgrade the contract in question.</p> <p>I asked contacted Cell C to get my contract cancelled and they sent me forms to fill and I did so with a police affidavits and proof to show that I was in Germany during the period that the upgrade was done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I checked my bank statement and found that Cell C continued to debit R608 from my account since August 2015 for that ***** upgrade and no one has responded to my complaints.</p>

16 Aug 2017, 18:41I was told that the Issue has been resolved and even though is been 7 months and I have not received the refund that Cellc promised, I just checked my bank account and realised that Cellc has been debiting my bank account monthly with for R120 for the same account issue they claim to have resolved.
