Unauthorised Cell C debit orders on my bank account

I am absolutely furious with the service im receiving from CELL-C.....they open a contract on my name without my permission then I have too do the running around and fetch an affidavit to get this contract of my name....then promised to have this resolved in 48 hours and nothing instead they debit my account for the 3rd time....this is damaging my credit profile. 10 days later of my efforts of submitting the affidavit, bank statement and ID even though it's not my fault put to absolute waste.
