Unauthorised Cell C contract

I received an OTP on my Vodacom cell number "OTP number ******. Your Cell C contract is almost approved. Please call 084 151 option 1 if you did not apply. Cell C" I phoned the number but I can't get through PLEASE NOTE I DID NOT APPLY FOR A CELL C CONTRACT. Please advise asap

I am not interested in talking to you. Please note I did not apply for a Cell C contract and I am also not interested in getting a new Cell C contract.
Please confirm that no one app**** for a contract on my behalf! Please also confirm that you removed me from your database!
