Unauthorised billing

I have been incorrectly charged for several months by Cell C. I complained telephonically to them and we noticed that there has been unauthorised charges for companies/people with the name of Bluelima (Basebone) and Mira. Cell C promised to block the 2. When we calculated the charges by Basebone from January to July they amounted to R2275.79. After communication with them through the contacts provided by CEll C, they only refunded me R800. To my surprise when I received my bill in August the charges were still there and I decided to reverse the debit order. Cell C was informed that my bill will only be paid once the bill is corrected. I have today received another bill which still has Basebone and Mira charges. I therefore want Cell C to refund me of all the charges made by Basebone and Mira and send me an itemised billing which contains only of the charges made by myself.
