Unattended query

I have put a claim on my device insurance that I have with cell c and the insurance all my documents are ok but they need a copy of my contract as well from cell, I've called cell c asking for one and every agent I speak to keeps saying they will send it to my email it's been 2 weeks already and am calling everyday with no luck...how difficult is it to send a copy of my contract.
