Unathorised debit order/*********** Staff members

<p>On 27 August 2016, Cell C debited 283.01, which is not the amount we agreed on. Thereafter, I called in, for inquiries, I was advised that the amount was for re-opening the line, and I confirmed that, I didnt re-open the line. The consultant, advised that, she will login a query for me, which will be resolved/call me back within 2 days, it is now more then 2 weeks waiting for that call. On 12/09/2016, I called in, spoke to Delina Pele (ref ********** 0403), she advised me, that the above amount was for my account being on arrears, I disagree, on what she said. It seems like, Cell C, staff members, are not sure about their systems. Cell C, always debit amount, without any problems. Would you kindly look into the matter and advise further</p>
