Unathorised charges - still not resolved

Despite my previous complaint on Hellopeter about CellC, they have made an unauthorised charge to my account AGAIN!!!!!<br> <br> I would like to make an appeal to anyone in the legal profession to advise how one could lay a charge of theft against an ********* corporation like CellC. If any one is able to assist please let me know.
