unathirised debit in my account

<p>I'm not happy with the way u guys r dealing with my matter, I have a contract with u guys and in this month it shows that I have registered for the get more services of which I did not. When I contacted get more I'm not into their data Base and they can't pick up with my I'd and my number but the **** part it does show on my statement and it has debited in my bank account. I would like to dispute that and no one is giving me the feedback I'm seek and tire of this now </p>
