Unassisted

<p>For months I have been struggling with sending out sms's from my phone. Ihave a contract with Cell C for sms, free minutes and data but the sms's never seem to allow me to send out. I am sitting with over 1000 sms messages but cannot use them at all. I have indeed contacted the call centre and have been given numerous codes which the consultants claim can re-activate my sms system but to no avail. I am frustrated at paying for a contract which I cannot utilise. Added to this the data that I put in seems to finish in a flash and I have heard complaints from many of my friends and family. If this matter is not rectified I will be porting my number, frankly I am shocked at the poor service.</p>
