unasked contracts
Very bad customer service. I've ordered a contract, and they've sent me 3 contracts in total. I told them that I didn't order the other 2 contracts. They told me to go to the police station to get an avidavid and send it through to the ***** dept. Weird. But I did it. Nothing came from it. Phoned numerous times to cancel the 2 contracts, as I can not afford it. They are charging me for all 3 contracts. I've sent back the phone that came with the contracts, but they still charge me for it. Call centers just transfer me from department to department.
