Unapproved upgrade

On 1 April I contacted to upgrade my Cell C contract and spoke to Phindile, who advised I am due for an upgrade and she sent me the catalogue and I had some questions on the upgrade options which I emailed back to Phindile, and after numerous emails I still have not received any feedback. On 11 April I phone Cell C again to ask when the contract term is over and was advised that I upgraded the contract to a SIM only deal. This is the first I hear of this upgrade and want Cell C to provide me with the telephone recording or my signature where I signed for this upgrade.

There is no confusion, as I did not upgrade just to a SIM only. In fact, I did not do an upgrade yet.
