Unapologetic KAAK SERVICE!!!
<p>This is my second post! to show that CELLC does not give a damn.. Istill have no phone yet i have insurance and they just debited me while i wait for my claim. When i call them, they promise to call me back and never do,, they always have somthing to check. From the 26th till to date. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am tired of this running around. I want somone to take ownership, as they bedit every month. </p> <p>CELL C must direct cutomers to HOLLARD as they are the insurance company under cell c, so that we know whi to go to derctly when claiming, not foer cell c to pass the back to hollard when it suits hem. </p> <p> </p> <p>im so disappointed, specially with cell as they they giving me the run arounds. So frastrated by all this. </p>

You guys sure know ho to apologise and tell me that someone will get back to me, this is a second post. You said someone will attend to it, but they called to get my querry again, then promised to call back. i am still waiting. from the 26th November till to date... really.
